Vanipedia Directions

Sixteen directions for the new Vanipedia

Design prototypes for the new Vanipedia, for the meeting of 10 October 2026. Each direction has an entry page that leads to the four sites (Vanipedia, Vanisource, Vaniquotes, Vanimedia) and a Vanipedia main page in the same style.

Real photographsEach photograph is real, with its author and licence on the page. Nothing was generated.

What movesNothing moves by itself. In 1 to 5, 15 and 16 nothing moves at all. In 6 to 14 pages move only when you scroll; with reduced motion they are still.

Phone and computerNo rotation, no custom cursor, no overlap.

Search firstA real search form on every page. Small, fast pages.

Your choice

Pick a first, second and third direction above, add a note, then copy your choice and send it to Pitambara.

Your note (what you like, what you would change)

About these prototypes

Content is real: the welcome text, titles and links come from vanipedia.org, vanisource.org, vaniquotes.org and vanimedia.org as they were on 8 October 2026. Links lead to the live pages where they exist; others are marked as prototype links. Visnu Murti Prabhu's wording for the title and the order of "Śrīla Prabhupāda in the Media" above "Disciples Remember Śrīla Prabhupāda" are used on every main page.

The pages were checked in Chromium at phone and computer widths, with and without reduced motion. They have not yet been checked on a real phone, in Safari or in Firefox. They carry noindex, so search engines leave them out.
